Ice cold air flies into the town in which the boy lies
Entering his state of mind
For the hundredth time
The reddest skin and his chapped lips
Are hardly side effects of the brutal wind
Eroding what is left of him

And he's falling down
He wants to float but only drowns
In the blood of broken hearts
Weeping through the moonless night
Yet he puts up a fight

The next day comes and with it sun
The boy lies basking in what seems a fight thats won
Then it starts to pour
Can't bear it anymore
As the rain builds, his dreams are killed
The faces in his life are all but gone
There's no one left for counting on
No one left to make you strong

God knows why

And he lives in the stars, that don't take him very far
But with a hell of a heart, pain is only a scar
